Appointment with Leadership

The topic of leadership has generated a great deal of excitement and interest since ancient times to the present day. When organizations and their employees think about leadership, perhaps powerful images come to mind of dynamic individuals who are in charge of large corporations.

More and more attention and priority has been given in recent years to the importance of managers at all levels to provide modern leadership concepts. This approach is important because leadership is everyone’s business.

Based upon the research that I have conducted over the last 15 years, there is no universal definition of leadership because leadership is very complex.

A great deal of planning and money is spent every year in an effort to provide leadership in all segments of business today. In putting together the Leadership Pocket Guide, it was my intention to have it become an easy to use and realistic reference that would assist each manager in their various administrative and operational responsibilities.

The research and writing of the Leadership Pocket Guide are the results of serving and working with a variety of organizations over the last 15 years in an effort to help them improve their overall leadership fundamentals, developing stronger teams and overall performance.

The contents and flexibility of the book contain practical and useful resource tools that will provide relevant knowledge for all managers in which to improve their effectiveness and planning for the future.

It is my hope that you will begin the journey that will lead you to improved performance, significant accomplishment, and more success for you and your team.

“The size of your success is determined by the size of your belief.”
